Maybe you want to make the jump to a full plant based diet (or already have).

Wherever you're at, this fun, interactive seminar will teach you the basics of a healthy plant based diet, the foods to always have on hand, tips to making sure you are getting the nutrition you need and new ideas and recipes on how to easily cook plant based.

Her education and personal experience of eating a plant based diet for over 10 years provide so much knowledge she is excited to share with you.
