Whether you are already eating a plant based diet, looking to add more meatless/dairy free options to your weekly meals or simply want to learn how to eat and cook healthy - these fun, interactive cooking classes are for you! 

All classes are held at The Casual Gourmet - a beautiful kitchen store in Hamilton, Ontario. Classes are small and interactive with lots of time for questions and discussion. You will get to try all the recipes that are made - if it is a dinner class you get to enjoy the dinner after we make it! Hope to see you there...
