Cooking Classes are held at The Casual Gourmet - a beautiful kitchen store in Hamilton, Ontario. All recipes and ingredients are plant based. Classes are small and interactive with lots of time for questions and discussion plus you'll get to try all the recipes that we make! Whether you are already eating a plant based diet, looking to add more meatless/dairy free options to your weekly meals or simply want to learn how to eat and cook healthy - these fun, interactive cooking classes are for you!
