Q: Is this a detox?

Despite what you may have heard, our bodies detox naturally all the time! All we can do is support our body in doing what it already does so well every single day, through our liver, kidneys, digestive system, lungs, skin, lymph and just about every cell in our body.


In the Diet Free Reset, you'll learn the ways your body detoxes by eating whole foods, managing stress, good sleep, moving/exercising, healthy digestion, deep breathing, dry brushing your skin, tongue scraping, drinking plenty of water, and more! It’s your daily habits that will have a way bigger (and long lasting) impact than any 7-day juice cleanse.


Q: Do I have to be vegan to do the program?

No - there will be vegan meal plans offered as an option if you want, however the basic meal plan will include some fish and lean animal protein. Of course there will be tons of veggies too!  


Q: What if I have food allergies or restrictions? 

No problem - you can definitely still participate! You will answer a short questionnaire before the program starts asking if you have any allergies, sensitivities or dietary restrictions and your meal plans will be created based on that. There will also be vegan and gluten free meal plan options offered if you are interested. 


Q: How do I participate in the online group coaching? 

Trust me - I'm no tech genius so this will be super easy! You will be emailed a link that you can easily click on to join the weekly group online coaching. You will be able to ask questions easily and you don't need any special equipment other than a smartphone or iPad or computer - it will work on any of those devices. Our one on one coaching session will be just as easy and done through the same method. 

Q: Is this really going to make a difference?

I might be biased, but YES!

You have the opportunity and ability to improve your energy, your you mindset, your weight, and to feel empowered with your food choices and daily habits. It won’t happen overnight, remember this isn’t a quick fix or a detox but a tool for you to continue to build the foundation of your health - long after the program is complete. 


Plus, I’ll be there with you every step of the way! As part of the program, we will have weekly group online coaching sessions where I’ll answer your questions in real time and teach you tips and tricks I use to help you along the way. Not to mention, you can email me personally anytime during the program and we have a private Facebook group where participants can share their thoughts, experiences, and questions with me.


Q: How much time is this really going to take?

The meal plans will actually save you time! They come with a full grocery list - which alone is a huge time saver! The recipes are quick and easy! Creating new habits may take a few extra minutes here and there however once they become part of your daily life, they won't take any time at all. You will spend less time worrying or wondering or reading about what you should be doing and have an action plan in place so you know exactly what to do - a true time saver. 


But even with that, you’ll have access to the worksheets, info and meal plans forever which means you can take all the time you need to get in and stay in the groove!

Q: Am I going to spend my entire budget on this?

No! It's an investment in your health that truly lasts a lifetime because you'll always have access to your materials. The recipes in the meal plans are made with real food you can get at any grocery store and implementing most of the healthy habits won't cost you a penny. (Make that a nickel since we don't have pennies anymore in Canada ;-)
