What is a Health Coach?

A Health Coach is someone (me) that works with you to make effective, manageable changes to achieve your health and wellness goals. There are no crazy diets or detoxes. We work towards changing your habits so that your whole lifestyle becomes a healthy one that keeps you feeling and looking your best. 

How Does the Program Work?

There are a couple different program options - the first one is a "jump start" that is one month long and the second (and most effective) one is four months long - giving us time to really start to see some major changes and work through real life challenges. 

Regardless of which program you choose, on our first session we dig right in to your health goals and then create a strategic plan on how we will achieve them. From there we work together to carry out the plan for success - whatever that looks like for YOU.

Sessions typically are over the phone or video chat and there are always email follow ups with recommendations, resources, recipes, etc. to keep you on track. I am available between sessions by email or text.
