Whomever came up with the old "apple a day keeps the doctor away" was definitely on to something! Although these days it would be better marketed as an amazing detox food! Because that is what it is. Easier, healthier (and less expensive) than a juice cleanse!

Apples contain pectin which naturally collects debris and microbes like bacteria, yeast, mold and even viruses as it moves through your gut and rids them from your body.

The antioxidants in apples are responsible for heavy metal and radiation detoxification. They help purify your organs, regulate blood sugar, improve circulation in your lymphatic system and even repair damaged skin! 

The anti-inflammatory properties of an apple help fight against disease, naturally calm your system and boost your immune function. They are so healing for any digestive disorders and are naturally hydrating, energizing and nourishing. 

A simple, whole food from the earth that gives us exactly what we need! Try to choose organic since apples are a highly sprayed food and are always on the 'dirty dozen list'. 

Apples are easy to bring with you anywhere and are delicious cut up with some cinnamon sprinkled on top for extra detoxifying antioxidants!
