I often will drink half of this for breakfast and keep the other half in a sealed mason jar in the fridge to have with lunch.
This smoothie is the perfect place to get your turmeric, ginger and parsely without really tasting any of the strong flavours.
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend on the smoothie setting or on high for about 1 minute until smooth and creamy.
