Join me (a board certified health coach) for a live, online health coaching session each month! We'll dig deeper into topics like: plant based nutrition, daily healthy habits, plant based eating at work, dining out and travelling, mindful eating and so much more! We'll discuss not only nutrition but whole body wellness. A live Q&A is included during the session so you can get all your questions answered by me. You’ll also get a recap document and worksheets to help you put what you’ve learned into practice and take action towards your health goals! Don't stress if you can't make the coaching session live - a recording will be sent out to all members. You'll get real life advice and knowledge from a certified health coach who's worked with hundreds of clients and achieved incredible results and has personally been plant based for over 10 years.

Wherever you’re at – you will benefit from it! The recipes in the meal plans are healthy, easy, highly nutritious meals that will be enjoyed by anyone and can be incorporated into your life even if you aren’t fully plant based. The coaching sessions will incporate whole body wellness including daily healthy habits, mindfulness, physical activity, natural detox along with plant based nutrition. You will gain insight, inspiration and knowledge on your health, whether you are fully plant based or not.
You get 1 seven day meal plan delivered to your inbox on the first day of each month. Its full of fresh, healthy plant based recipes for breakfasts, lunches, snacks and dinners + a grocery list. You can use it many different ways: follow it exactly for a week (or repeat it for all the weeks of the month if you like), mix and match the new recipes with those you already make and love, use it as a guide for how a healthy week should look, mix and match with other meal plans (once you’ve been a member for 3 months, you will have a full 21 day meal plan). These meal plans are downloadable and are yours to keep forever so you can reference them anytime. The meal plan servings are deigned for one person, however you can easily double (or more) the recipes to make them for your whole family.
The online group coaching will be very similar to a webinar – you will get a link to join in that you can use from your computer, tablet or phone. Each month I will discuss a different health and wellness topic for about 45 minutes and then there will be a Q&A period where you can ask any questions and I will answer. Topics include daily healthy habits, morning routine, plant based nutrition, meal prepping/planning, natural detox, healthy hormones, healthy holiday eating, and all sessions will focus on whole body health – not only nutrition. After each coaching session, you’ll receive a recap document with relevant recommendations, resources and/or notes from the session. You will also receive a worksheet so you can take action on reaching your health goals. The online coaching sessions will be on the third Monday of each month from 7pm – 9pm EST
Once you sign up you’ll get a welcome email with more information on the days/times of the next online coaching and the link to participate.
Not to worry! Every coaching class will be recorded and a replay will be sent out the following day so you can watch it anytime that works for you. You'll also get the recap document and worksheets even if you don’t attend live.

If you sign up in the first 10 days of the month, you will get that month’s meal plan emailed to you and you can participate in that month’s coaching session. If you sign up after the 10th, your membership will start on the first of the following month. For example, if you sign up October 8, you'll get October’s meal plan emailed to you and can join October’s coaching session. If you sign up on October 23rd, you'll start in November.
