Each week we'll have a 90 minute online Zoom group coaching session where you'll be introduced to healthy lifestyle and plant based nutrition practices and how to implement them into your life. These sessions are transformative as you'll connect, learn from and support others in the program.
We'll also chat about your progress, challenges and I'll answer all your questions. These sessions will be recorded and emailed to you if you miss it.
There are two day/time options to choose from:
Monday at 7:30pm - 9pm EST or Tuesday at 10:30am - 12 noon EST. You can pick what works best for you when you sign up.
