A Plant Based Food Guide & Meal Plan
You'll learn everything you need to know about plant based nutrition in a simple, organized document. It includes how to get the protein, calcium and iron you need plus healthy substitutions and easy meal ideas.
You'll also get a 21 day plant based meal plan full of delicious, healthy, quick recipes so you know what to buy, make and eat to feel your best on a healthy plant based lifestyle. If you aren't ready to go fully plant based - that's totally ok, you can choose to have one or two plant based meals a day. Its up to you. *Gluten free options included.
Nutrition & Healthy Lifestyle Coaching
Each week we'll have a 90 minute online Zoom group coaching session where you'll be introduced to healthy lifestyle and plant based nutrition practices and how to implement them into your life. These sessions are transformative as you'll connect, learn from and support others in the program.
We'll also chat about your progress, challenges and I'll answer all your questions. These sessions will be recorded and emailed to you if you miss it. There are two day/time options to choose from: Monday at 7:30pm - 9pm EST or Tuesday at 10:30am - 12noon EST. You can choose what works best for you when you sign up.

Accountability & Support
This isn't a "do it yourself" digital program - I'll be with you every step of the way to answer your questions, support you through any challenges and inspire you to take action and keep moving forward towards your goals. You'll have the tools and knowledge to continue your healthy lifestyle after the program ends.
