Plus it is full of plant based nutrition:
Avocado - full of healthy fats to help you better absorb the nutrients and vitamins from your veggies
Parsley - cleansing and healing for the liver
Nutritional Yeast - full of plant based B vitamins for vibrant energy
As is, the recipe is perfect as a salad dressing - I love it with kale, beans and quinoa.
You can add less water and make it more of a thicker dip for fresh cut up veggies or sweet potato chips (or just a spoon ;-)
Because this recipe contains avocado, which oxidizes (turns brown) quickly, it is best enjoyed within 24 hours of making it.
The hummus and nutritional yeast add plant based protein, the parsley is full of liver cleansing antioxidants and the avocado is great for energizing healthy fats.
Place all the ingredients in a high speed bender or food processor and blend until creamy. If you would like it thinner, add more water 1 Tbsp at a time until your desired consistency is reached.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 24 hours.
