Blueberries are high in antioxidants, fibre and vitamin C for glowing skin.
Matcha green tea is extremely high in antioxidants that help lower inflammation, fight free radicals and even boost your focus and concentration (I feel we could all use a little more of that ;-)
This makes a great addition to breakfast or a perfect mid morning or afternoon snack.
Feel free to sub in any dairy free milk you enjoy - oat, cashew, hemp, etc.
If bananas aren't your thing, you can use 1/2 an avocado instead but it won't be as sweet.
Keep in mind matcha does have caffeine so be mindful of the time of day you enjoy it so it doesn't keep you up at night.
Put all the ingredients in a high speed blender in the order they are listed and blend until creamy. Enjoy!
