Ingredients

makes 2 servings

  • 2 cups of filtered water
  • 1 cup spinach, packed
  • 1 large handful of parsley
  • 1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1" piece of ginger, peeled
  • 1 cup frozen mango pieces
  • 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

Tips & Nutrition

I often drink half of this for breakfast and keep the other half in a sealed mason jar in the fridge to have with lunch or as an afternoon snack. 

This smoothie is an easy way to get in your turmeric, ginger and parsley without really tasting the strong flavours. 

Method

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Looks and sounds delicious, however, you mention healthy parsley, but there is none in the ingredients list! Thank you!
